Ok, my apologies for such a lag in entries but I really hit the ground running after vacation.
First order of business, you MUST try this insanely good cheese called Canasta Pardo from Wisconsin. Its a semi soft (sheep's milk I think) cheese with cinnamon cured in the rind. INSANE! Have it after dinner with a giant Zinfandel.
